Positive: The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Luann at check in was great. Breakfast was delicious. Julia did a great job keeping everything filled and the area clean. She was pretty stealth doing so too. The pool area was really nice. We used it often. The room was really comfortable and well maintained.
Negative: I wish the pool towels were a little bigger but I understand why they are not. There were daily issues with the card reader when entering the building from the rear entrance. It would not work when it is too hot (the reader is in direct sunlight so it was always overheated). Some kind of shade for it might help?
Summary: We had a great stay. This will be our go to place when we come to visit the family in Gilbert.

Positive: This is a lovely place to stay. Big room. Clean and comfortable. Recliner in the room. Though we were on the third floor with the dog, we were right by the elevator and the door to outside was right where we got off on the first floor. Decent breakfast with hard boiled eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.
Negative: We had a little trouble with our door handle. Seemed a little loose.
